When will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped to the email provided at checkout. If you require expedited shipping, please be sure to select the correct shipping service at checkout.
Where do orders ship from?
We pride ourselves on being a sustainable, drop ship marketplace. This means that all orders ship directly from individual brands. You might notice differences in packaging styles or carriers used when orders are shipped due to brands having their own methods for shipping orders.
Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations?
At this time, we unfortunately are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations. We hope this is something to come in the future! So keep checking back.
How do I return an order if it does not fit or I changed my mind?
To begin the return process, please email help@presentiteration.com with your order number and reason for return.
What is your return policy?
Return policies vary by brand. Present Iteration accepts returns and exchanges based on individual brands' return policies. You can find the individual brands' return policy on the product page for any product you are looking to purchase. In most cases, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your order. All return postage is at the expense of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. All garments must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Items ineligible for returns: lingerie, makeup, skincare, swimwear with protective lining removed, and sale items.
